MTA DM lost the contest years ago. It was on a high, then taking 3 years to come out and when it did, everyone was like...woah....waited 3 years for that?! And stuck with SA-MP since it had more players.
The sync was overhyped, it sounded all promising, then it turned out not to be that much better, headshots are synced though, but even one bullet from an SMG can headshot...which is weird.
The only great sync, as you said, is the driving sync, but that's no reason to play MTA DM.
