- I had to Google what CLEO meant, no i don't have that ("CLEO 3 is the next step in the CLEO project development that extends coding possibilities in the game GTA San Andreas.")
- v1 > check! (look in the error logfile i quoted in my post)
- 0.3a SA-MP in same folder > Check!
- Delete User Files in my documents > Check!
- Compatibility mode > Check! (executed setup.exe and gta_sa.exe both in compatibility mode)
