First: This route is carefully planned in 0.2 when there were not a lot of cars around outside lv, so it takes you along spray&paint points soon enough to fix your car and along food to fix your health in time (not in 0.3 anymore btw 
).
Second: its made for a puzzel which i am now making and placing in december by which you have to follow this route in order to get the answer right. The route is memorized in my head and not to difficult to remember!
