Just recently, as some of you may have noticed, a topic was started by Jay. Its meaning was for people to vote for who they thought was the best administrator of October. Do note the word administrator - the effort of us moderators, developers and other exceptions were simply ignored. Another word for this is discrimination.

Hence why this topic is started. Vote for your October favourite moderator.
