First go to http://portforward.com/english/routers/p...rindex.htm and find your router, click it, then click 'skip advertisement' on the top right and you get a list of games. Select San Andreas Multiplayer and follow the steps!
(Make sure 'announce' is set to 1 in server.cfg)

PS: 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 is a homehost, only you can see it.
