One reason it could be that the speakers have high frequency. So it picks up radio signals (police, ambulance, etc.)

hmm yeah, I think I made a thread awhile aback cos I had the same problem. Sometimes my speakers would start randomly playing some guys talking in different language having a conversation. Other times they'd be some girls singing along to some pop video, other times just random noises. Its pretty freaky I don't get it anymore tho thankfully ;p. But meh, it could return after i've ifnished this post for all i know
