pffff... getting in locked cars is very easy, atleast if its 2-X seaters. 1 seaters like the pizzaboy or vortex hoovercraft wont work tho..

just go on the roof of the vehicle, press G and wait till the animation gets stuck, and GTA SA will automatically put you in the passenger seat. there you simply do /unlock, get out and get in as driver again

works fast and fine, no need for pressing ESC etc
