I was watching TV this morning, before leaving for school. And they were talking about a planet that they had found a year or so ago, resembling Earth in appearance. The planet is 5x more massive than Earth; meaning gravity will be twice as strong. It does not rotate; meaning for one-half of the planet, it will always be daytime, and for the other half, it will always be nighttime. It is close to a red super-giant star; meaning the weather will be hot as hell, but bearable. They have conducted deeper analysis, and concluded that this one is the closest one to resemble Earth.
