I did have a look at this,
And I came up with an idea. People with a bomb in they're car, and when they want to ctp to person/friend,
there could be something can pup up in the other players chat;
'This player want's to Car Teleport to you, do you want him too? /accept /descline (Or how it is written.

That would be brilliant idea for those players that things that it is so annoying.
