There should be some sort of restriction on car teleporting to someone when you have a car with a bomb.
I'm there fighting, and some noob /ctp to me and boom.
Fair enough, nades are annoying but they're easier to avoid that a car parked on top of you going boom.
Its lame, and its encurragingin more lameness in the server. Its been made way to easy for noobs and lamers to abuse.
If they're about to die /world away or refill. Or they can alt tab.
Something should be done about it, cos they're abusing the two features.

Anyway, back ontopic.
People are, at this point, allowed to teleport to anyone, for any reason.
However, at one point I agree with you, but on the other, if you put a carbomb and want to bomb your friend or just teleport to him for whatever reason, you can't.

I completely disagree. It ruins the fun and experience of the bombshop. The main reason I wrote the bombshop handler was to be able to /ctp and quickly kill people.

But theres no skill involved in /ctp id boom..
Its an annoying and easy way for noobs to kill people who are fighting.
there could be a permission command on teleports with car bombs.. BombNoob asks Friend to enable ctp to them.

Then they'll need to ask for permission again next time.. Can be annoying a little, but being lamed in such a way as a /ctp boom is just too annoying especially when the same players who do it are always laming by refilling or command abusing (/world, /tp, /taxi, /dive).
Its becomming more of an acceptable place for lamers than DMers. The lamers are getting away with /world or alt tabbing because, Admins either aren't sure if its fine to ban if they havent actually seen it, or they're jsut took wrapped up in their own shit to care.
So with the pickups all over, noobs downloading and fighting, their ping going from 200 to 800 (they dont get kicked either), being able to /world away without being caught, being able to /ctp and blow people up.
You've sucessfully created a lamers server.
EDIT: Instead of /ctpallow, players can only /ctp to members of their gang. so if they arent in a gang and use it.
"You must be in the same gang to /ctp with a carbomb. use /gang create [name] to create a gang."
And if they're already in a gang...
"You cannot /ctp to a player outside of your gang."

Yeah thats what i meant with /ctpallow but yeah that would be a good idea, aslong as it has a limit. So players cant use it to spam the person over and over.
Or have a total decline, so they're blocked form it to stop them spamming a player who doesnt want to be /ctp boomed.
