If you would've read it, you would have seen:

... someone types /sawnoff, it announces via showmessage, the players that want to play type /sawnoff also, then it teleports everyone to the sawnoff arena, a menu along with a countdown (10-15 seconds) is shown with only (2) two items (uzi/sawn or tec/sawn), one is selected and when the countdown is over the game begins... and if someone happens to not pick neither Tec9/Uzi then it gives them a Tec9 (default). Very simple, only one command used by each player.
