I'm not exactly sure about the Portuguese but I think it should be something like this (I'll try to correct later incase wrong);

- INGLÊS apenas no chat principal! Por favor use /pm [ID] para outros idiomas!
- Inglês no chat principal por favor! Use /pm ou /call para outros idiomas


Edit: Edited, and this should be correct since I asked a person that speaks Portuguese.
