MTA:VC was awesome back in the day and trumps VC:MP imo

A is a buggy piece of crap that took way long to make, therefore most of their community gave up and u'll be lucky to see 300 ppl on a day.
Only things i liked was Satchel support and the admin system,the syc makes 2-5 minute tense showdowns into 5 sec fights and sometimes it just completely breaks.
I've also seen sliding cars and other stupid shit on there as well,bear in mind that this was on a 40 player server,SA:MP does it much better with that player limit doubled
