Bug with Colors and the Radar

When people have "black" as their own color, you can´t find them on the radar. They are only seeable on the map. This often happens if gangs change their color to black.
It is very annoying then, when you follow someone and you can´t see him on the radar.
By the way, I guess that this is unfair too, because it´s an adventage for those people, who have the black color and aren´t seeable on the radar.
I noticed this too, when i tried to catch one, who had a black skin.

I hope for a fix.
