I don't see why you're still not allowed to talk in a different world, maybe in IRC they should have something showing that they're in a different world.

Such as "[World <number>] <text>"  but of course not having that in world 0.

Was thinking of something similar to that. Like, the text being different to that of world 0? Or if the !eng thing is used on irc to someone in another /world, then Smackbot or Nuwani can say they're in another world?
