Sometimes when i go in other wolrld i can talk with my partener in another language without somebody mute me . but sometimes says that im am muted for non English . :(

Probably its an admin/mod from IRC that cant see that you are in a different world.

I've found the new /r command to reply to a PM such a helpful implementation. It's much more easier and quicker to respond. Use that instead. If you use !Gang chat, someone might have Seti@Home.
