Timeouts

Timeouts are almost always on the player's side. One of the things you should always make sure of is that all applications not being used (i.e. everything except SA:MP) are closed. However, depending on your location and Internet provider, it could just be that you crash more than others. There's nothing wrong with this, but it is quite annoying.
