Timeouts - Owl - 02-27-2009
I'm not sure if this really is a bug, but I always get timeouts almost instantly when I connect to the server. This usually happens when my game crashes, or I get a normal timeout. Then I'll try to reconnect and I'll get and instant timeout everytime... How do I fix this?

Timeouts are almost always on the player's side. One of the things you should always make sure of is that all applications not being used (i.e. everything except SA:MP) are closed. However, depending on your location and Internet provider, it could just be that you crash more than others. There's nothing wrong with this, but it is quite annoying.
P.S. — Yeah, this isn't a bug.

I suspect you use mods?
