I agree. It's people's attitudes towards newbies and new clans that kill them. New kids for some reason are easily pushed over the edge because they don't know what a great clan is and what it takes, and getting older members telling them they're gonna fail isn't a good boost.

I see this clan lasting a while, 1 month at least.

Fist, make some clan rules if you want this clan to actually last, and take a look at other clan rules if it helps (the clans that aren't dead of course).
