Nice idea, but I heard that the only skin you can add muscle/fat/add clothes to is CJ, because its already in the game, with the other skins, they were not designed for things to be added too them and were used just for people walking past, they're classed as 'actors' and cannot be changed.
Have to check on that though. (Cant remember where I heard this from, sorry if it was from here rofl)
