I don't and have never used either of them.
The reason? BECAUSE IT'S NOT ALLOWED.
There's no way of stopping the people that WANT to use it from using it, so why try?
Make it a feature instead of a bug, then those of us who try NOT to break the rules won't be at a disadvantage.
