The teleportation was probably a /taxi to the ship, so once he does /kill you get jailed for ship-killing. Sound right or am I mistaken?

This bug has been going on for a long time, and it's quite annoying.

I've done this before, and it does not get the killer to be jailed, they get the kill, I get the death and they are not jailed. I am spawned in the ship with no consequence done on the other player.
