ok well he keeps tryna kill me but he fails and wen i nerly kill him he does sumthin and i end up in jail its happened a few times and none of the admins online are payin attention, its pissing me off im jailed for 4 minutes right now. if he carries on and admins dont do anythin then ima go med and just flame.

Like what..? Afaik, going on the ship after you hitting him and doing /kill won't work anymore(correct me if I am wrong).
What ever it is, I think it'll be hard to catch. As admin, you get reports and stuff all the time, your report will take some time to investigate, as it doesn't happen all the time. Within that time we may get other, more important, reports.

The issue with /kill is indeed fixed. Are you or is Yoko_The_Clown around the ship area or anything when you do normally get jailed?

no it happend once near the airport and once near the ammunation, i almost kill him and then he teleports then he dies and i end up in jail.

The teleportation was probably a /taxi to the ship, so once he does /kill you get jailed for ship-killing. Sound right or am I mistaken?
This bug has been going on for a long time, and it's quite annoying.

it could be but i got jailed for 4 minutes and it really annoyed me and i reported it to the admins and they did nothin

I've done this before, and it does not get the killer to be jailed, they get the kill, I get the death and they are not jailed. I am spawned in the ship with no consequence done on the other player.
