ok well he keeps tryna kill me but he fails and wen i nerly kill him he does sumthin and i end up in jail

Like what..? Afaik, going on the ship after you hitting him and doing /kill won't work anymore(correct me if I am wrong).
What ever it is, I think it'll be hard to catch. As admin, you get reports and stuff all the time, your report will take some time to investigate, as it doesn't happen all the time. Within that time we may get other, more important, reports.

if he carries on and admins dont do anythin then ima go med and just flame.
