A game which is also cool is Loco Roco, if you can stand the music. It's simply amusing, and pretty old now so probably quite cheap.
++ To record gameplay, you'll probably need to install custom FW on your PSP. I've done that and am using the cheatsystem on VCS, which allows me to take screenshots and videos (GIF).
That's just spam... and please don't bring up some 'OMG PSP SUCKS BALLS' argument - there's absolutely no need.

I've had my PSP for a long time too, I don't play games much on it, apart from GTA now and then, but its still handy for videos, music and the internet.
