I can't even remember the last time I posted here but I'll throw my new comp's specs in here for the heck of it.
HP Pavilion Slimline s3220n
160W HP PSU + 300W FSP-Group Supplemental PSU
65W AMD Athlon LIVE 5000+ 2.6Ghz x2 CPU
400GB SATA 3Gb/s HDD
HP DL CD/DVD writer w/ Lightscribe.
2GB DDR2 RAM @ 666Mhz (Probably will upgrade)
Galaxy nVidia GeForce 9600GT w/ 512MB DDR3 always running at 1680x1050 resolution via DVI
My monitor is a 20" Samsung SyncMaster 2053BW
Basically these are the highest specs humanly possible for a low profile computer (aka HTPC)(not including upgrading the ram). The thing is a bloody powerhouse and definitely pushes the limits for a low profile comp. (But it's very stable.) I'm pretty happy with it though and it all cost less than $600.
