I actually like this alot, but will have to be thought out better.
1) Maybe check how the damage was caused to the vehicle. If the vehicle at ANY point had been shot at, you are denied the ability to /vr. Say you get a car and someone shoots at you but you get away. You drive the car around for a half hour and cause more damage..you still cannot use /vr. So if you are going to stunt, you need a fresh car and make sure noone shoots at you. Should still cost about a million.
2) A /repair command like /tune. As long as the car has not been shot at like in the first idea, you get tp'd to Pay N Spray. Also should save your last position so when you do /back it returns you to the origional position
Would be great for stunters and people trying to make movies and such. Think about it Jay
