it's just being nice. when you hold a door for someone they say thanks. Same concept.

It's more like a cliche, like when the salesman of Opel tells you that Opel is a great car, you go like "yes, indeed it is", when it's clearly just an Opel.

It's annoying when they say gf when they think they owned you, but they got like a last hit in after you finished a fight or something. They do it being sarcastic, that's when I hate it.

It's what my ex-clan mate DMX does usually.

Whats wrong with 'gf'. I just shows respect to the player you just fight with. Even when its a noob be nice and say gf, I will keep doing it.
