Like someone said before: If it does destroy Earth you won't know it, albiet the likelihood of the event.
Also, from my limited knowledge of black holes, it will only be the mass of the particles being crashed together. Therefor the gravity of the black hole will only be that of the same particles. Also, it would be impossible for the black hole to get bigger because it will have formed in a vacuum, contained by magnetic fields.
