Large Hadron Collider - 10 September 2008
#34
This whole topic has been a complete worry for me. As some of you may know, I suffer quite a few problems, and one of them is worrying all the time (i.e. paranoia). Because of my extreme worry and belief of this bullshit, I looked it up on quite a few sources. Most of them say there's nothing to worry about (I'm still worrying, however, because it is my nature), and it seems like these guys know their shit. They've taken full account into the man-made aspect of it, as there's nothing they're doing that isn't already being done by nature itself. Now, again, because of my paranoia, I looked it up, and I found this article to be the most reassuring: http://science.howstuffworks.com/large-h...lider7.htm

The CERN Website: http://public.web.cern.ch/Public/Welcome.html

Safety of the project: http://public.web.cern.ch/public/en/LHC/Safety-en.html

Please, for the love of God, stop making these topics. They do more harm than good. :P

We'll Live!
