in Mexico is this way (again):
1 you have to have a gun permit 18+
2 or you need to be a cop or army
3 also you can buy weaps illegally from drug dealers
4 almost any1 have a permit
-the worst of this is that drug dealears have better guns and more amount than the army
-that rules cops dosent apply them to much. federals apply them more.
