5 min jail would be perfect for drive-bys. 5 minutes are a long time 
. And if someone does /kill or reconnects while in jail, the jailtime should be added by 3 minutes.
Or, (a nice idea too), steal a certain percentage of his bank. maybe 5%. If someone has 100 million on his bank, helikills someone, and then has only 95mill, maybe he thinks of fair ways to kill
