We can travel between interiors (find a yellow cone-entrance to the one you're looking for), X, Y (admins can map-teleport), and Z (admins can /up.)

Theoretically, that means admins can go anywhere in the GTA

A universe.

It's just a physics bug. You have to jump right against the fence under the fan. If you're forced hard enough into it, the wacky physics models from GTA

A will push you up to "fix" you.
