I'm not sure about the exploding instantly. I'd like to have a chance to run, and I find it more fun when you get hit by a rocket and then you spin out and crash into the ground. Way cooler.
And I'd like to note that admins in the admin vehicles shouldn't be affected by this -- or anyone with vallow. However in regular planes.. maybe.
