Driving is not so bad, but I did find myself annoyed that some "Capture X" missions are rigged majorly. The cars are invincible to some point which can make you waste lots of ammunition for no reason  :z ...

As for MP I think the vehicle sync is really bad, especially compared to what we've seen in San Andreas multiplayer mods. I was a passenger in a police car for Cops 'n' Crooks and found it almost impossible to driveby the Crooks because the car was warping sideways / frontways unaturally.

Overhyped. It's an awesome game, but didn't deliver as well as I was led to believe.
