Could this not be discussed in The GTA 4 topic that Cave opened?.
I believe GTA 4 would recieve a 9 1/2/10. The only thing that annoys meis the jumping system.

Driving is not so bad, but I did find myself annoyed that some "Capture X" missions are rigged majorly. The cars are invincible to some point which can make you waste lots of ammunition for no reason
...As for MP I think the vehicle sync is really bad, especially compared to what we've seen in San Andreas multiplayer mods. I was a passenger in a police car for Cops 'n' Crooks and found it almost impossible to driveby the Crooks because the car was warping sideways / frontways unaturally.
