Hey guys I was register on [BB] forum admins pls accept to can make an apply for BB 

Lol, if BB accepted people like you, right after closing your own (fail) clan that accepted people that trolled the leader, they would have died long ago.

And asking them to approve you on the forum just makes you sound impatient, which makes you look unwilling to stick around during the application process, then trial process. Plus you made your ODM clan just after applying for eF, and you kept your eF application open, requiring Kase to deny you. And for all we know you might have other clans lined up to apply for after BB deny you.

Try waiting before moving on to your next clan or you'll never be accepted into a respectable clan. Moving from clan-to-clan makes you look unloyal and just wanting to be in any clan that will have you.
