Actually, that would suck balls.  Say you are not wanting to fight at all, someone just started shooting at you, and you wanted to taxi away, or if you were just wanting to taxi and then Random McMutha Fuka (been wanting to use that all day, LOL) comes up and sawns you to the head, totally free kill.

I know it was a quote from awhile ago but I wanted to make those points clear since sometimes I'm just running for a car after spawn/log-in and some guy with a full stock starts shooting at me and I only have a DE and no armor (glitch/after log-in) 

Agree with the 5 sec timer before it taxis but if you are already winning the fight, you can surely finish them off in 5 sec while they are running again.

In Las Venturas Playground 2.83 players will have a 10 second wait before the taxis arrive and taxis will only work once every 5 minutes.

That is incorrect statement, I usually shoot and then drive off. But you gotta give me props for driving off instead of /taxi'ing off. It's part of the tactical features that this lovely game is offering.
