Peter, you made a very nice post there, I totally agree with it but the part where you should let RP'ers alone. They are on a place where you can also DM, but you shouldn't whine about them running away.

We are not whining about them, just about them who start a fight and then taxi away. Also you shouldn't call it whining, rather complaining.

right, if i jump some1 and they split, i aint saying shit. but if i get jumped and start shanking the fewg he better stay till he drops. That's why you usually see me just standing on the strip letting people run by waiting for fighters to attack me so that i know they wanna get pawnt. hehe.

Yes, you certainly have replied. And I replied to your reply as well, yet no one has bothered to comment on what I had to say. Show me an ounce of bias that I hold against non-violent players in my response and I will be more than glad to respond once again.

most of the people who run away are more vulnerable to attack,you lot gang up on them use cheats etc, then you have the nerve to complain when they run,im a so called noobie here, and the game play is far from fair,so continue to hang out at the pirate ship and ammunation and two shoot new members and i will continue to pause taxi and run you lot over,i have to survive against the odds that are heavily in favour of oldbies and gang members,let me just point out i have been attacked for no reason by up to 6 gang members at the same time hardly what you could call fair now is it?

1. If you get ganged up, you should either fight to the death or physically run away. It isn't difficult. If you die, you die. Big deal. Why should it matter? If you don't want to be skilled at fighting, be skilled at escaping in a realistic sense, not by teleportation.
2. The majority of people do NOT cheat. Cheaters are usually distinguished by two primary factors: they either carry large sums of money around or use illegal weapons that are not allowed in the server, or both.
3. I have been attacked by several gang members at one time as well. If you don't want to fight them, just run. With good evasion skills such as turning, jumping, and whatnot, you might be able to evade your enemies, despite their skill in fighting.

Just to clear that up. The fighters aren't cheaters.

I suppose I am this "no one" you are referring to, since I am listening to what everyone has to say, expressing how I feel about their opinions, and coming up with revisions to make it fair for BOTH sides, since only one side, the dedicated fighters, are having their demands for a fair fight ignored. This is about defending them and what they want to have changed in LVP as much as I do, while also taking into consideration those who may not enjoy fighting as much as the other side does. To make things very clear to everyone, this is meant to benefit BOTH sides, not just one or the other.

In order to kill successfully in SA-MP, not just LVP, but EVERY server, you must learn how to lead aim depending on the other person's ping. Low pings below 100 require little lead aim when moving, while high pings such as 300 or more, require much more lead aiming than low pings. It also comes down to how much your ping is as well. Take all of that into consideration and figure out where to shoot for individuals with different pings. If you don't like doing this, then stay away from the majority of people in this server, since most people who join intend to kill, whether or not they have the experience or training to do so.

deserve to be left alone, so by you shooting at them

my opinion as well,i cant shoot people so i play the game and just buy props and do up cars,but ill still get shoot  just for minding my own business.
don't get me wrong i don't taxi very often,cos i get confused and cant press the keys propally,so i just decided to not bothering taxi anymore and bank instead.
as for lead aiming im absolutely hopeless and cant hit a cows arse with a banjo lol.
But if someone was wiling to be patient and teach me,it would be appreciated

Just because you can't shoot doesn't mean you should make it unfair for people who like deathmatch and kill other players who want to actually participate in the fight, but end up teleporting away. And if you can't lead aim, have someone teach you. If I ever see you in-game, I'll give you some tips on where to shoot some of the more experienced players effectively, but it takes time and patience to become deadly.

thanx scrappy,but i don't mind doing death matches,but im just on about ingame and buying props minding my own business and get set upon,if i feel lucky i will have a go,but if i do start something i will stay and either finish the job or be killed ,i don't taxi away,anyways looking forward to seeing u in game and seeing if u can teach an old dog new tricks lol

You call it a "fair fight movement", but is it fair to those who come to LVP to do things other than fight?  LVP is a playground which means that many activities are going on, not just DM'ing.  Many like to drive, stunt, buy props, explore, socialize, and so on.  Just because we don't like your favorite activity doesn't make us pussies.  It just means we're here for a different reason than you are.  If you tp or come up to us and start blasting away while we're typing to someone, driving, or whatever, there is no reason why we shouldn't have a means of escape.  Unless you just like shooting sitting ducks.  In my book, that makes you the pussy.
