Chicken, egg needs to form inside of a chicken before it is even able to be considered an egg. if it was out in the atmosphere it would just disintegrate.

There was no egg, chicken came first. The chain of events depends on which theory you believe.

If you are a creationist, you belive God created the chicken which later laid the eggs to further propagate the species.

If you are an evolutionist, the chicken evolved from some prehistoric animal and attained the ability to lay the eggs through evolution, thus laying the eggs and thusly propagating the species.

Nah, he's one of the normal ones.

Darwin's theory states that different species evolve, and as TRaven pointed out, the chicken has just evolved to lay eggs instead of the regular 'happy time' for chickens -- I guess that didn't look too good.

My friend said that maybe chickens aswell as other birds got their laying egg skillz from fish, as fish came before mammals, however then we have another question; what came first, the fish or the egg?
