It starts up does connecting...
COnnected to LVP [w/e]
Then i get the Las Venturas Playrground
    Peter beverloo thing

then i go to select player class!
Then it freezes, then It says: Lost game connection reconnecting:
Then it get frozen on: Do /login to login
And it doesnt move!

It does this all the time so i do /q
and try again! The it does exactly the same ALL OVER AGAIN!!

Having a really high ping may have something to do with this. Try quitting any programs that use bandwidth. Also, reinstall GTA and samp.

Do you have the second Version of San Anderas? If so, that is yer problem.
