But personally i find it would be nice to place near the ship people idle there so they can look at the christmas tree in peace (and not get shot in the back) unless your outside of course.

Maybe also one at the gangbase so gangs have something to watch when they're bored.

AFAIK liberty city is counted as an interior and SA-MP doesnt allow weapons in it, therefore it is just as safe as the ship
