Ye But, Thats the Problem, Who can we recruit? Tbh, were rather selective when it comes to recruiting, we make sure That our members arnt nubs, See if they can at least do Simple tasks, Such as register on a forum, fill an application form in, come to irc, etc... There have been people I have told to do some of these things before, and they havnt got the brains to do such a thing... We also need to work on how quickly people do these things... I remember I asked someone to come train @ ct training server once, on irc, and they said they would, and in the end it took em half an hour
