.below 75 kg - 1 portion 6 g, 75 - 90 kg - 1 portion 12 g, over 90 kg - 1 portion 18 g

Add 1 portion (6 g powder –10 measuring units =  ¼ scoop = 1 flat tablespoon) to 100 ml of water. Portion 12 g and 18 g dissolve properly in 200 ml and 300 ml of water. Consume directly after preparation. An increase of weight may happen. Not suitable for children

all it takes is google bro

Lucky for you, just this morning I was looking at my toothpaste tube and on it is written: "100ml=124g". Which should mean as Fuse said, that it depends on the density of the substance.

LOL same shit was written on the label, but i was so WANTING TO TAKE IT FASTER AND NO READ SHIT OF THE LABEL. So i just read till "over 90kg takes 18g" hehe.
Thanks, took 4 scoops. Was doing legs, so it felt more energy, i needed to rest less, and ofcourse after legworkout had a killer cardio workout on a treadmill, had to stop after 15mins did not feel very tired, but i was feeling my heart will explode, not bad not bad, had a minor crash after the workout, but all good.

P.S.: My back is still cramped, but not doing squats or any other stupid shit exercise that involves a lot of lower back action. And trying not to put to much weights in my hands when standing or doing shoulders, so its all good and ofcourse doing more ab workout, read that this is the main treatment because of disbalanced muscles. Before the injure never done abs for like 2 years.

unbalanced muscles? Might be

perhaps your abdominals are weaker and your back is stronger or vice-versa. Or your back is stronger and your chest is weaker or vice-versa.. It usually goes like that (posture-wise)

unbalanced muscles happen very fast, especially if you're working on 1 muscle more than the other

preworkouts for weight only, shiiiit i read somewhere that redweiler burns fat also... fucking scam.
