Well in the movie they've made it somewhat ... realistic, it's pretty absurd at times, but they've balanced it somewhat good.

Gave me lots of ideas and stuff, also the character development and the ending were pleasing, but overall it was hard to watch and for at least half an hour I just listened to it while having another tab opened.

About Schmidt (2002)

Another film that I didn't really like. Main character was extremely good to identify with in the beginning, but not for long. After that everything was supernaturally boring and predictable. I hope to get too see something good soon...

Wow, are you insane. This is a movie I put off watching for ages until I was bored one night.... ended up being one of the most creative and intuitive films I've seen in a while. Way to raise awareness of HIV and AIDS is all I can say.

I agree! I think he was probably bored because he most likely watched it in subtitles
