Russia invades part of ukraine, your thoughts about it?

Russia Readies 140,000 TROOPS for possible INVASION of UKRAINE

So krymier (or how the fuck to spell that city) is blocked. Airport blocked, roads blocked, ship entry blocked. Russian troops all ower the place.

Even USA and Europe sayd to russia dont dear to invade ukraine like you did to georgia. But russia denies that theyr troops invaded krymie.

Your thoughts what will happen? Will usa or europe interfare? Will ukraine divine into the europe one and russian one (theres part of ukraine who wants to join russia, other wants to join russia"

What will happen?

I think you and I should get our asses out of Eastern Europe before it's too late.

I've always dreamt of becoming an United States citizen thanks to being a war refugee. If that is our goal, we would have to wait 'til the attack starts, though. I think we have some years left until Russia comes for us.

Can't say I care too much about Ukraine, but then again - I don't care about much these days anyway.

Lets not hide in the bush, i would fight for my country, i would not run away, fuck that. Id know id do no damage to russia, but if they give me a rifle, if id atleast kill 1 id be happy. Ofc i dont want to die and im afraid to die but i would fight for lithuania, becouse i have nothing to lose. My family would be killed anyway probably like most of lithuanians who wouldnt run.

Once in the history past, we escaped russia when they had occupied us...

Idk, theres no big natural resources in my country that russia would really want. Someeone mentioned if there would be war europe vs russia, whole fight would take in the parts of eastern europe, baltic states part.

When russia invaded georgia , no one helped georgia. If a fight would interupt ukraine vs russia. Id guess ukraine would be left alone too.

Even the nato defence minister admited, if russia would attack eastern europe (lithuania, latvia, estonia). The plan to save us and send us backup would take 4 weeks or more. And knowing our army size (we have good army for our size countrys) but agains russia... Please... Lithuania have no tanks, no real fighting jets... Same goes for estonia and latvia. All we got is javelin rockets agains tanks, some few crapy boats that are broke as fuck. Anyway we are fuckt anyway.

Yeah, it could be fun to take part in a war. But I guess it's not my kind of a thing, even though if I had to take part of it, I'm sure I'd know just how to enjoy it.

What to you think would be the best escape route for a young bae like me?

Escaping by land is preferred obviously, but how long could it take before the Baltic states are cut off from Poland & entering Middle Europe on foot?
If it happened during a cold winter, the easiest route would be to go to Finland over ice, however I do not live in the North and also there would be hunderds of thousands (?) of other people crossing the ice before me. In other seasons the ships would be too crowded for me to have the chance use that route.

Third option is going to Sweden by sea. It is about 160km from the island of Saaremaa's westernmost point to the island of Gotland. Worst case scenario - 160km with a shitty rowing boat that I stole. How realistic is that? :D It would take me like at least 10-24 hours to get over there I believe. Then again it is the cheapest option and least likely to fail due to military action or overcrowdedness.

I wonder how big of a time window would I have in the first place to get moving after Russia takes their first shot.  Also, how many people would escape? I think many people would either react too slowly and with too little confidence to make it work for them. + they are not willing to paddle over the motherfucking sea in a small boat.

FEEEED MY FANTASIES!

Why the US?
Move to a country that's progressing, not regressing.

The weather (or should I say, the diversity of the weather - deserts, snowstorms, tropical-ish, etc.), the language. Nothing can beat it.
I'm not looking for any handouts from the country, so I don't really care about the economy so much. The other stuff cannot really outweigh the weather and the fact that English is spoken, either.
