was sick so idk now, but before the sickness came, on monday i remember i benched my max that was 110kg (funny part, that i use pre workout supplement that is 1 more rep, but that day i did not take it and benched 110kg, and with it i remember benched max a week before 95kg haha, and then later next day i got fever and cold and got sick for almost 2 weeks haha. Now getting back slowly.

1MR is a great preworkout, used that for years. Not a bad taste either!

MONDAY (today) benched 110kg lol but it was hard as fuuuuuuuuck.

and on incline i benched 95kg today :P WENT ALL THE WAY DOWN ADN TOUCHED MY CHEST with the bar ;P
