About Origin, any news about a reply from them?

GTX 580 OC isn't necessary, neither is the expensive case, well that's up to the buyer :P

According to gamespy, EA have changed the TOS: http://uk.pc.gamespy.com/articles/119/1191030p1.html

But going through the TOS myself, I see no difference: http://tos.ea.com/legalapp/eula/US/en/ORIGIN/

At PAX there were a total of 2 Battlefield 3 areas setup. The Main BF3 Booth had Playstation 3 stations with Coop mode and then upstairs, 24 Nvidia PC’s rocking 2x580s with Operation Metro TDM

What's that? Somekind of a mini addon/DLC?

They should rather show some footage of "Back to Karkand"!

Some of the weapons which will appear in Battlefield 3. You have to buy some kind of DLC, but they will get free for all after a while.

Oh, so you kinda buy unlocks then. No need for that imo. :+

Indeed, I'll just wait until they become free. I'd not be able to unlock them before anyways with my uber battlefield skills  :+

In that 'list of models which can be unlocked' my CPU isn't there :/ AMD Athlon II X2 250.

@Kase, I think you got those weapons if you pre-order the game, too.
