Do you have any idea what you're talking about here? Of course ping affects your damn lag. Bigger ping = hitbox further away, wich is called lag in samp.
Holy shit. Fps affects ping? Good to know, learned something new today aswell.
Yea, you're right, u dont need a better internet connection (probably) because you live so far away.
But what you're saying is just wrong nonetheless, getting a new computer wont help you with ur ping lag.

Its your ping that most people complain about, and its (mainly) ping that makes you lag for others, aka having to lead aim more to hit.

When did u start playing sa-mp btw... Fps.. Matters much more than ping fool.. If u are lagging on ur own computer.. u will lag more on ur oppennets fucking screen.. u urself dont know where u are in ur screen.. cause ur graphic card sucks..
till where ping is concerned.  i dont have much knowledge.. but what i know is that i have seen/fought people who have high pings and a close HB.. i didnt understand how that was possible .. but it did happen..

Seing as the average AAD player manages to get at least 25-30 fps, ping matters MUCH more on where their hitbox is.
A player with REALLY low fps, however, is just as hard to hit, but it isnt that common

till where ping is concerned.  i dont have much knowledge..
