no...you can vote when you're 18, you can move out of your parents house when you're 18, in the U.S. you're an adult at 18

It's quite cool doing whatever you want at any age, but the sad part pops out when you get to know that most of the mob's drug dealers in Naples are under 13, since they look less suspicious to the police and if they get caught they can't be arrested... Europe doesn't call us "Absurdistan" for nothing D:

However according to new government legislation, everyone under the age of 22 will be referred to as a 'kid' by December of this year.

why do you care so much about what your country's law says about you being an adult? Just keep the child in you when you "grow up", its not that hard. You often see 40-45 year old men acting like little kids / teenagers again when they meet their childhood friends after a long time.

Stop crying, you're as old as you want to be. Why listen to an artificial rule that is purely placed to have an administrative discriminant.

You are seventeen, you have probably not even seen 20% of what the world has to offer you. Go live?

I'm 21 and I haven't seen 1% of what the world has to offer.
In fact I think only guys like Richard Branson have come close to seeing 1% of what the world has to offer.
